The hotel impressed me right from check-in. Staff greeted me warmly and let me relax at the rooftop pool before my room was ready. The Superior Double Room offered lots of space, a mini fridge, and a lovely view. It was super clean every day. Breakfast was excellent. The fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets were highlights. I felt the location was fantastic, close to the medina yet tucked away enough to escape the city's hustle. Only downside was that the room's Wi-Fi was unreliable, disconnecting often. I wanted more complimentary water supplied during my five-night stay, as I was charged for extra bottles. Still, the positives definitely outweighed these issues, and I'd be happy to return.

Secure location within walking distance of attractions. And just next door to the main shopping area nearby, much better place to stay in Marrakech than the medina, various restaurants, and the city center.

The hotel impressed with its cleanliness and cute reception staff. The room offered good bedding and an adequate safe, while the continental breakfast featured fresh bread and pastries. A noteworthy aspect was the airport transfer by luxury SUV. The hotel is well-located, only a 15-minute walk to Carrefour and about 25 minutes to the medina.
